I truely believe that this must be one of the most beautiful places in the World. Ardeonaig is not a run-of-the-mill luxury retreat, what you’ll find here are the best of two worlds: Southern Africa and Scotland. As a South African with Scottish ancestry I have taken the things I love about my birthplace and married them to the very best of what my ancestral home can offer. Certainly, it makes for something that’s a little different, well, exceptionally different............
I trust that you will see us for what we are, a small owner run operation with huge amounts of passion, a love for Scotland, its people, food and the surrounding area. Where else can you stay in a Scottish/Colonial environment with Rondawels and stunning scenery in Scotland? Here on the bonny banks of Loch Tay you can relax with friends, family and loved ones whilst enjoying classic hospitality and eating the best Scottish produce available.
We will never rest on our laurels and continually strive to improve our guest experience at all levels. If you choose to join us for diner in the Restaurant, or lunch in the more casual Study our menus will reflect the season, the best the surrounding area has to offer always striving to give you a superlative food and service experience. Our unique Cellar dining room housing one of Europe’s largest collections of South African only wines, is designed with relaxation, fun and friends in mind, after all that’s what getting away is all about.

Please just remember we are are nothing fancy, not pretentious and just try and do things the way we think they should be done. Hopefully we continue to impress far more people than we don't.
