Terms & Conditions - Ardeonaig Hotel & Restaurant

Check in:
Rooms are available from 2.30pm however you are welcome to arrive anytime between 8.30am and 10pm.

Check Out:
Is from 8 am until 11 am, rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Late checkouts can sometimes be arranged, a cost will apply

Pricing:
All prices shown online are in £'s per person per night (unless otherwise stated) based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room for one or more consecutive night stays, except for certain holiday periods or events where a minimum night stay may apply. One-night-only stays on weekends are subject to availability. All prices include Value Added Tax at the current prevailing rate.
Bed and Breakfast Rates are subject to availability and are not available on a Saturday night. Guests on a B & B rate having dinner will be charged the same as a walk-in guest £35.50 per person for dinner.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you are given a confirmation number.
For the avoidance of doubt, your price does not include any incidental charges, which you may incur during your stay (including, by way of example only, in respect of your use of the hotel's bar and mini-bar facilities and the costs of external telephone calls from your room). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure.

Room Occupancy
Our rooms are for a maximum of two people, single guests will occupy a room usually used for two persons.

Dinner
Is between 7pm and 9.30pm in the Summer (June—mid October)
And between 7pm and 8.30pm in the Winter months (mid October—end of May)

Cancellations
Bookings cancelled within 21 days or curtailment of stays will be charged in full. Please remember that a booking constitutes a legal, binding agreement. Travel insurance is recommended.

Group Bookings
The person making the reservation on behalf of the group will be held responsible for the full payment. A 10% service charge will be added to groups of 7 or more whether booked together or not. All bookings for groups require a non refundable deposit of 50% in order
to confirm the booking.

Other Charges:
All items in your room and public areas are the property of Ardeonaig Hotel. Should any items be missing from your room on departure or your room be in an unfit state to be re-let once serviced or if items have been willfully damaged, we reserve the right to levy an appropriate charge. Any damage other than normal wear and tear will be charged for retrospectively.

Children:
The hotel does not cater for children under 12 years of age, we welcome children over the age of 12  and treat them as young adults.

Dogs:
We have a few dog friendly rooms and welcome dogs with well-behaved owners into the hotel, however we do require that they are not left unattended in the room at any time. Therefore at meal times they must please be put into your car. We allow dogs in the Bar area only. Please remember we are surrounded by working farms! Dog owners are asked to please pickup after their dogs and dispose of the bags responsibly. Dogs are charged at £10 per dog per night.( only 1 dog per room)

Smoking:
BY LAW SMOKING IS ILLEGAL ANYWHERE WITHIN THE HOTEL. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all bedrooms and public areas, guests ignoring this will be liable for charges to cover deep cleaning and the loss of revenue associated with this.

Comments and Feedback
We welcome comments and feedback regarding your stay at Ardeonaig and should be made in the first instance at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time.

General Information:
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time.

Should guests curtail their stay for any reason, the hotel reserves the right to charge in full.

Ardeonaig Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation, fire, failure of electrical, gas or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events.
