As before, all our events will be informal and fun as possible allowing you to participate as much or as little as you want. Our food and wine events with guest chefs and winemakers will be designed to allow you to meet and chat at any level whether you are just an interested consumer or an anorak. We don't profess to know it all but what we can guarantee you is heaps of fun and an experience that won't be matched anywhere in the UK.

Hosted by Takuan, who with his father are the winemakers and owners of Cabrière Estate; this promises to be an event unlike any Wine Tasting dinners we have held before.
The tasting commences in the afternoon with:
Afternoon Tasting of Vintage bubbly starting with a Sabrage - The art of Sabrage is removing the cork from the champagne bottle in one clean stroke with a sabre.
Pre-dinner drinks followed by a special dinner menu with each course being paired with wines from Cabrière.

Braaii Weekend 25th July |

As the days get longer and warmer there's nothing better than some alfresco dining. So why not come and learn the art of "Braaing" from the real world champions (Rugby-South Africa). Everything from Prawns, Sosaties, Chicken, Steak and even puddings all done over the coals.
Whislt here take a walk around Ardeonaigs gardens you can't help but notice the new herb beds, the fruit beginning to form on the trees and of course the vines now in leaf.

The next annual Ardeonaig Festival of Food and Wine promises five days of amazing taste experiences and will be a celebration of Scottish Food and South African wine.

This event will be inspiring to all and a fantastic way to celebrate our passion for food and wine matched by excellent service.
From opening night to grand finale, this is an event to celebrate the best of Scottish sourced produce. We want to create a memory that will linger fondly.....................until the next festival takes your taste buds on another culinary journey.
